Cascade Hops

Cascade hops, grown in the Yakima Valley in Washington, 
are a fragrant and flowery aroma hop, with a citrus character that is quite conspicuous. 
Widely used in many American pale ales.

The alpha rating is normally 4.5 - 6.5%.

Their primary use is for bittering and/or finishing.

Hop Shortage

We are now in a position to offer a few selected hops in limited quantities.
We are willing to sell 2-3 ounces of hops to customers purchasing an adequate quantity of malts for making a 5-gallon batch of beer.
We will sell a maximum total of 6-9 ounces of hops per customer on this basis.
